We offer a huge 4 bedroom Duplex on the outskirts of Gran Tarajal with a stunning private pool. This property, recently renovated to high new standard, can be rented on a weekly base for maximum 6 persons. It comes with a double bedroom downstairs and outdoor sitting area in the front garden, a full bathroom with shower, modern fully equipped kitchen, dining room and lounge with huge TV. Free internet is connected and a WIFI printer is available for those who need this for work purposes. On the first floor the master bedroom comes with en-suite bathroom and dressing room, the two other bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds, share a third full bathroom on the same level with a bath tub. The two front bedrooms on the first level of the house both have a private balcony overlooking the mountain area, for cosy relaxing evenings. In the back garden a huge private pool with sunbeds are joined with an outdoor BBQ which can be use for al-fresco dining moments with the family. There is a fourth bathroom at the pool area and a laundry room with washing machine. The property is only 5 minutes drive to the “Las Playitas” 18 hole Golf Course. Because of the danger around the pool area, the host doesn’t allow children under 5 years, also pets for hygienic reasons cannot stay.
